About us

Every cookie has a story… and mine begins in Italy.🍪

As a child, I was lucky enough to spend every Christmas break and summer in Italy, where food wasn’t just something you ate, it was a way of life! Family kitchens filled with the smell of baking, long tables, espresso, laughter, and recipes passed down through generations.

My love for Italian baking only grew stronger over time. After graduating from university, I returned to Italy to study at Scuola Lorenzo de’ Medici in Firenze, where I deepened my appreciation for authentic Italian culinary traditions.

Later in life, work brought me back to Italy once again, this time to Modena, a city known as Italy’s legendary “Culinary Food Valley.” Living there, surrounded by some of the world’s most celebrated food traditions, inspired me even more.

Those experiences are what led me to create The BossCotti Lady.

These Italian Biscotti are handmade, twice-baked for that perfect crunch, and packed with toasted almonds in every bite — just the way they’re meant to be enjoyed, especially with a cup of coffee, cappuccino, espresso, or even Vin Santo. ☕

This isn’t just a cookie… it’s a little piece of Italy and a lifetime of my memories baked into every batch. ❤️
